The silk noil, though nubby, is still comfortable on the skin. Wearing it as model Mukhtara does in the pictures is perfect for work. Tying it by twisting it in the front first is a deeper V, sexier look for days and evenings out. It has all the benefits of silk that you read about: breathable, warming, stays clean. I'm 5'6" and 160 lbs, 40" chest and 32" waist, and I found it fit well and was very flattering. I don't like to wear it backwards so it looks more like a shirt, as I find that make my chest and top half look too bulky for my preferences. The natural color is lovely and versatile, looks great with warm-toned bottoms like pink skirts and brown/tan pants, but would still go great with a pair of blue jeans!
